Beaver Brook Association was founded by Hollis P. Nichols and Jeffrey P. Smith, both of Hollis, New Hampshire. Beginning with just 12 acres of land in 1964, these two cousins began creating a special land-based resource, a place that fosters natural resource stewardship and encourages a sense of appreciation for the natural world. Beaver Brook Association is an educational non-profit organization.
Today Beaver Brook hosts tens of thousands of visitors each year to its 2200 acres of protected land.
There are 35 miles of trails to enjoy, 12 theme gardens at Maple Hill Farm and programs for all ages year round.
